Modiphius Entertainment is looking for a digital community manager to curate our online groups, forums, and presence. As a community manager you’ll support our online communities, promote goodwill, moderate discussion, and monitor the engagement on various social media platforms and forums.
● Manage social media campaigns for various social media platforms that align with
company’s marketing strategies.
● Promote our products on social media platforms.
● Publish content that meets the brand’s communication style.
● Implement social media strategies to increase engagement & followers.
● Stay up-to-date with the latest industry and digital trends.
● Responding to customer inquiries & comments on social platforms in a timely
manner, coordinating with our customer services team.
● Build relationships with our online customer base, by providing and curating spaces
for discussion about our games, and moderating as needed.
● Monitor and provide feedback on engagement/conversation via social media
channels to leadership.
● Be highly self-motivated and driven
● Have the ability to multi-task and stay organised with a complex workload
● Represent the company as a positive and inclusie voice in the hobby community
● Leave no community behind
